TL;DR: Vashi ISL sells industrial parts to businesses, and its store looked and worked like a consumer shop. At my PwC internship I was one of two designers redesigning it for web and mobile, working across the site on components, cards, pages and flows, through a competitor review and weekly client revisions. The redesign went live in 2026.
Client work under NDA. The screens here are Vashi’s public site, before and after; our design files stay private.
Vashi sells switchgear, automation and electrical parts to businesses, the IndiaMART model.
Its store was outdated in look and in how it worked: built for browsing, not for buyers who know the part number.

Vashi’s new storefront is built from the redesign, eight months after my internship ended.
